About the Role:

As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in leading and mentoring a team of 2-8 people of all ages and abilities. You key responsibilities will be communicating with clients, ensuring safe transport of goods, taking payments, driving vans and meeting the set time targets.

Leading and motivating a team of individuals, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Setting clear goals and expectations for the team, and monitoring performance against those goals. Providing regular coaching, feedback, and mentorship to team members to support their professional development. Identifying and addressing team challenges and roadblocks, escalating issues as needed. Collaborating with other team leaders and departments to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives. Contributing to the development and implementation of team processes and best practices. Driving a 3.5t Luton Van

About You:

We're looking for a dynamic and results-oriented individual with the following skills and experience:

Proven experience as a Team Leader in Home Removals or in a similar leadership role. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Strong ability to motivate and inspire others. Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor team members. Ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Driving LGV's
