About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a comprehensive administrative service to the team to ensure an effective and efficient service. You will be required to provide a high-quality service to all internal and external stakeholders, being the first point of contact for telephone calls, as well as producing paperwork for operational crews.
As administrator you will be the first point of contact for all phone calls, dealing with queries effectively and confidentially. You will be in your comfort zone supporting the operational teams and manager as required.
The administrator will be joining a small friendly mature team that put a focus on setting up moves to suit our varied customers' requirements and reacting to the changing circumstances of the home moves.
As a seasonal business we require full commitment during the summer months but can be flexible with leave outside this period.
Who we are looking for
You will have experience of working within an office environment and supporting a busy team. The successful candidate will need a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Excel and Word to create documents. It is important that you are able to work efficiently within a fast-paced environment. You should have the ability to meet tight deadlines and work calmly under pressure with a flexible working attitude. You must be organised with the ability to manage numerous tasks and deadlines. Teamwork is important as well as being able to work on your own initiative.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop your own personal skills and capability though on-going training as agreed with your line manager.
