About the Role:

As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in

enhancing the quality of life

for our clients by providing personalised care and support tailored to their individual needs. Your responsibilities will include:

Personal Care Assistance

- supporting clients with daily hygiene, dressing, and grooming

Household Support

- helping with meal preparation, light cleaning, and maintaining a safe environment

Medication Reminders

- ensuring clients take prescribed medication correctly and on time

Mobility Assistance

- aiding with movement and exercises to promote physical well-being

Companionship & Emotional Support

- fostering positive relationships and providing reassurance
