Home Viewer & Marketing Assistant

to join our friendly team full time.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day. You'll accompany potential buyers around a range of properties, capturing their feedback and passing it on to sellers. You'll also help bring homes to market by taking great photos and writing attention capturing property brochures.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct property viewings and provide a welcoming, informative experience for potential buyers Take high-quality photographs of properties for marketing purposes Write clear and engaging marketing descriptions and brochures Collect and record feedback from viewings and share this with vendors Liaise with sellers, buyers, and your colleagues in a professional manner Help ensure all property listings are accurate and well-presented
The Ideal candidate will have:

Excellent

communication skills

, both face-to-face and over the phone Strong

computer and telephone skills

- confident using email, software systems, and Microsoft Office A professional, friendly, and customer-focused approach Great attention to detail and an eye for presentation Strong organisational skills and the ability to work to and manage a schedule A genuine interest in property and marketing A full UK driving licence A company pool car will be available for conducting appointments At least five years in a successful selling role
