Location: Home-Based - Covering Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Coventry, Solihull, Walsall, Dudley, West Bromwich, and surrounding West Midlands areas
Salary: 27,000 - 29,000 Basic (including Car Allowance) + Financial Guarantees + Uncapped Commission
On-Target Earnings (OTE): 50,000 - 60,000+

Cameron James Professional Recruitment is proud to be working with a market-leading, whole-of-market mortgage brokerage seeking an ambitious, motivated, and CeMAP-qualified Mortgage Advisor to join their expanding remortgage division. This is a fully home-based position with all leads provided, making it the perfect opportunity for a skilled Mortgage Broker seeking flexibility, security, and high earnings without the pressure of sourcing clients.
You'll be providing remote remortgage advice to clients across the West Midlands - including Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Coventry, Walsall, Dudley, West Bromwich, Solihull, and beyond - helping homeowners find the most suitable deals tailored to their needs, while enjoying a consistent flow of qualified appointments.

Your Key Responsibilities as a Mortgage Advisor:
Provide whole-of-market mortgage advice and protection solutions remotely via phone, video, or occasional in-person meetings.

• Manage your own pipeline of pre-booked appointments while delivering a high level of client service.

• Build long-term relationships and generate referrals to help grow your client base.

• Collaborate with internal teams for case tracking, compliance, and administration - allowing you to focus on advising.

What You'll Receive as a Home-Based Mortgage Broker:

• 27,000 - 29,000 basic salary including car allowance (DOE)

• Financial guarantees paid monthly for your first 6 months

• Uncapped commission scheme (10% - 25%) - high earnings potential of 60,000+

• Company laptop, remote access to CRM/mortgage platforms & full system training

• 1-1 training, compliance support & development sessions

To Be Considered, You Will Need:

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified

• Proven success as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker

• Experience with remortgage and protection products preferred

• Ability to work independently in a home-based role

• Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills

• Clean credit history and full UK driving licence

Covering Locations Across the West Midlands:
This home-based Mortgage Advisor role is open to applicants living in or near Birmingham, Coventry, Wolverhampton, Dudley, Walsall, Solihull, West Bromwich, Halesowen, Sutton Coldfield, Nuneaton, Cannock, and Stourbridge.
