Essential:
Current Clean DBS Understanding of Care Plans Care Certificate

It is essential to have at least 6 months of professional Personal Care experience with SEN / Children and/or Adults because of their needs. Safeguarding Training within two years (certificate required / proof of completing) Report Writing Experience - Nourish First Aid Qualification Health and Safety Training Able to write Risk Assessments Deliver Person Centred Care
Desirable:
Social Care Training Makaton Training Restraint Training
Responsibilities include:
Supporting the young person/Adults. Taking them around the service users' community and to support during activities. Writing and completing Action Plans / Reports / Risk Assessments
Person Specification:
Ability to take control as there may be behaviour issues Strong verbal and written communication skills Mature manner Organised Problem-solving skills Non-prejudicial manner Committed Confident
