• Competitive Basic Salary: 327,000 - 329,000 (including car allowance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Home-Based Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker, specializing in remortgage solutions for clients across South Wales, including Cardiff, Swansea, and Newport.
• Manage and effectively convert 5-7 pre-qualified remortgage leads per week, provided by the internal telephone team.
• Conduct thorough financial needs analysis and provide expert whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice via phone, video call, or in-person meetings as required.
• Guide clients through the entire remortgage process, from initial consultation to application and completion, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and internal company policies.
• Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients throughout South Wales, fostering repeat business and valuable referrals.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker with a demonstrable track record of success in a regulated environment.
• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) is absolutely essential.
• Comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, particularly remortgage options, and associated protection solutions.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients remotely and in person.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to effectively manage your own diary and workload in a home-based setting within South Wales.
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a strong desire to achieve high earnings and exceed targets.
• Full UK driving license and a clean credit history are mandatory.
