Homecare Assistant Responsibilities



The ability to understand the individual needs of the clients Good communication skills To be responsive to the changing needs of the individuals Personal care duties Support to assist with medication duties Light housework Food preparations Social outings and appointments No previous experience is required, however you must have a compassionate nature and understanding of the client group. You must also want to have a desire to make a difference in other peoples lives.
