Homecare Assistants 13.50 per hour

The Cephas Care Group have been devoted to providing service excellence for over 30 years.

We are looking for reliable, motivated, caring and compassionate Support Workers to join our Homecare and Community division.

Hours:

Contracts are available for up to 40 hours per week, this will be inclusive of some weekend work.

You must be a driver and have access to your own vehicle to be considered for this role.

We cover Ipswich and Felixstowe however you will attend visits closer to your location in the first instance.

The role:

Supporting individuals, building trust and assisting them in their own home or to access the community to enjoy daily social activities. The role will be extremely varied, but the focus will be to use a person-centred and innovative approach to facilitate the development of new skills and ensure our service users flourish with your care and support. You will assess and deliver customer care needs, provide personal care and medication support and promote independence, dignity, and respect.
