An opportunity has arisen for a full time Homefinder Officer, currently based in Ty Sardis, working 37 hours per week.
Homefinder is a very busy service which works in partnership with 11 different Housing Associations with social housing in RCT. As a Homefinder Officer you will process applications for housing in accordance with the current Allocation Scheme and work in partnership with the Housing Associations to assist them to let their properties via our HomefinderRCT website.
The post holder will promote an effective and efficient customer focused service to all applicants applying to the Homefinder service and to our housing partners.
You will have knowledge of housing legislation and experience of working within a housing services environment.
