SSG provides temporary and supported accommodation for men aged 18+ who are experiencing homelessness and rough sleeping in Manchester. Our mission is to support individuals to rebuild their lives, improve their well-being, and transition into sustainable, independent housing.
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centered support to individuals to overcome the issues that led to their homelessness. Working closely with the Senior Support Worker, you will manage a caseload and develop tailored support plans that address each client's unique needs, with a strong emphasis on housing, health, and independence.
You will also assist with the day-to-day management of supported accommodation, ensuring a safe, supportive environment and acting as the first point of contact during your shift.
