We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Equestrian Coach to join our riding school. The successful candidate will be responsible for instructing riders of various skill levels, ensuring safety, and fostering a positive learning environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about equestrian sports and teaching to develop their coaching skills within a professional setting.
Duties
Deliver riding lessons to individuals and groups, tailored to their skill levels and learning objectives
Ensure the safety of all participants by adhering to established equestrian health and safety
Maintain the condition of riding equipment and ensure the stables are kept clean and organised
Provide guidance on horse care, grooming, and tack maintenance to clients and students
Monitor rider progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills
Experience
Proven horse experience and coaching
Demonstrated ability to teach effectively to diverse age groups and skill levels
Knowledge of horse handling, care, and safety procedures
Previous coaching experience is preferred but not essential; relevant training will be provided for the right candidate
Strong communication skills with a passion for teaching and mentoring others
