Job Title: Horse Trail Guide / Trek Leader

Location: The New Forest, Hampshire

Hours: 5 days per week (including weekends)

About the Role:

This exciting and rewarding position involves leading groups of riders through scenic forest trails, ensuring both safety and enjoyment for all participants. You'll be responsible for rider instruction, horse handling, and creating a positive, welcoming environment for guests of all abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead treks across the New Forest with groups of varying experience Ensure the safety and comfort of all riders Offer clear instructions and guidance to riders before and during the trek Assist with basic horse care and preparation for rides Deliver an exceptional customer experience
What We're Looking For:

Strong Riding Skills: Confident and experienced rider, particularly in outdoor settings Horse Care Knowledge: Familiar with basic horse welfare and yard duties Excellent Communication: Friendly, calm, and clear when giving instructions Physical Fitness: Comfortable working outdoors in all weathers Customer-Focused Attitude: Professional, patient, and approachable
