As part of our ongoing drive to be best in class, we are seeking a motivated

Horticulturist / Maintenance Technician

to join our dynamic team, maintaining green walls and other urban greening installations across London and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out scheduled maintenance of living walls, green roofs, and other planting schemes. Monitor plant health, irrigation systems, and overall performance of installations. Undertake horticultural tasks including pruning, weeding, replanting, feeding, and pest/disease management. Work safely at height and use appropriate tools and equipment. Provide excellent customer service and represent Scotscape professionally on-site. Keep accurate records of maintenance visits and report any issues to the management team.

About You

Horticultural qualification (e.g. RHS Level 2 or equivalent) with strong practical experience in horticulture. A passion for plants, sustainability, and urban greening. Knowledge of irrigation system control and troubleshooting. Confident working at height (PASMA & IPAF preferred but not essential). Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Outstanding customer service skills Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential). Flexible, reliable, and ready to take initiative.

What We Offer

Competitive salary - 28,000-36,000 per year (depending on experience) Oyster Card provided for London Travel. All Tools, PPE & specialist training provided.
