We are recruiting a Hospital Construction Cost Planners and Senior Cost Managers to support the cost planning and estimating of design changes within our clients hospital construction programme.
You will;
Assist in developing cost planning approaches aligned with programme goals.
Apply "Design to Budget" principles and support value-based design decisions.
Prepare and maintain cost models and estimates during design development.
Collaborate with technical, clinical, and design teams to ensure cost plans reflect programme requirements.
Communicate cost implications of design decisions to project teams.
Use digital tools (e.g., BIM, CostX, cost databases) to support estimating accuracy.
Qualifications
You will have;
Experience in capital cost estimating and modelling in healthcare or major projects
Proficient in digital estimating tools (e.g., BIM, CostX).
Strong in use of CostX.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Effective communicator with ability to present cost data clearly.
Collaborative mindset and ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to interpret data to support cost decisions.
