Hospital Manager required for a private medical clinic in, North Leeds

As our Practice Manager your responsibilities will include:
Managing all aspects of the daily operation, ensuring patient services are maintained at the highest standard, alongside strict compliance with CQC policies and processes;
To develop and improve clinic processes, standard operating procedures, manuals, & checklists and initiate monthly reviews, and business development plans for the clinic;
Taking responsibility for the delivery of clinic targets (rota, diary utilisation, operating costs, stock and sales);
Helping to recruit new staff and clinicians as required, and oversee their induction;
To support, coach, develop and motivate your team, whilst providing a forum for employee feedback, which monitors employee satisfaction and allows us to take action;
The successful candidate will have:
Experience in the medical or dental industry as a Practice Manager;
The ability to ensure practice compliance through the use of audits/CQC policies and processes;
Experience of developing and improving processes to support your employer, their patients and your team;
Previous management experience and strong leadership skills, preferably in a medical care environment
Experience of using software to develop and run management reports;
Most importantly though, you understand the importance of strong communication skills, as this allows you to comfortably work as part of a team and as a Practice Manager.
