We are recruiting to the role of Hospital Support Assistant Team Leader at Diana Princess of Wales Hospital, Grimsby
This is a contracted position, working 9am - 5pm , on a two week rota basis
This role is flexible, designed to coordinate and lead the activities of a team/shift of Hospital Support Assistants. The team provides and maintains a full range of cleaning, catering (ward-based), linen and deep clean services, ensuring at all times the highest levels of cleanliness and food hygiene. The staff need to have the proper training, materials and equipment to provide the highest quality service and are compliant with Trust Policy and Procedure.
Whilst a comprehensive training package will give you the skills and knowledge to work effectively as a HSA Team Leader, we want to learn from your application how you can meet the minimum of the essential criteria in our person specification, and perhaps even exceed this minimum standard. We support the continuous development of our staff so regular refreshers of training take place. Developmental and mandatory training will be required, which on occasion may fall during non-working days due to shift patterns, for which you will receive either time off in lieu or additional pay.
