Responsibilities

Provide outstanding guest services by welcoming and assisting patrons with their needs. Support restaurant operations through food preparation, ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Assist bartenders in preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar area. Engage in catering activities, helping to set up and serve at events as required. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of hospitality practices.

Qualifications

Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred. Familiarity with restaurant operations, including food preparation and catering services. Basic bartending skills are advantageous but not essential; willingness to learn is key. Understanding of food safety practices and regulations. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well within a team. A proactive attitude with a focus on delivering excellent customer service. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
