Summary

We are seeking a Hospitality Team Member to join our dynamic team at The Genuine Dining Co. This role is essential in delivering outstanding service and creating memorable dining experiences for our clients. You will play a key part in maintaining our high standards of food safety and hospitality. This will be shift patterns between 9.30am-6pm based on 30 hours contracted per week.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience. Assist in food preparation and presentation according to company standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including dining spaces. Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene practices at all times. Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient catering services for events. Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or catering is preferred. Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service. Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is essential. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment as part of a team. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
