Hospitality Assistant /Lounge Host for our luxury health club based in Mayfair.

(Day and Limited Evening shifts)

Lanserhof at The Arts Club is London's leading private members club and medical clinic offering an elevated approach to health, fitness and vitality.

This is an ideal role for an energetic individual, keen to start work in the ultimate health club facility, based in our Lounge team on a full-time permanent basis.

The successful applicant must have some experience in a similar role, most important has the right can do attitude and be a great team player.

You will be joining an amazing small team, with a passion for exceptional first class service in Hospitality.

JOB SUMMARY:

You will be based in our Members' Lounge, working closely and as part of our Lounge Hosts team. You will work together to ensure a first class service is provided to all our guests and members.

Provide a excellent waiter/waitress service to members and guests, offering food and beverages for breakfast and lunch to support the Lounge Host team.

Collect and clean glasses and crockery and replenish teas Clean food preparation area, ensuring strict food hygiene and safety standards are met Unload food deliveries, wash, and store appropriately in fridges Clean equipment, stockroom, and fridges Keep food preparation area, clean during and after shift Perform basic food and beverage preparation and packing (smoothies, salad, juices, prepared fruit and snacks), training will be provided Complete closing duties including cleaning all equipment, removing waste and recycling at end of day Able to assist in taking orders and payments during busy periods

Essential

- Food Hygiene and Safety knowledge

- Good command of English spoken and written

- 1-2 Years Previous experience in a similar role

- Basic food preparation skills

- Organised and fast with good attention to detail

- Adaptable team player

- Able to work full time or part time shifts between Monday - Sunday

- Able to work 8 hour shifts covering hours 6.15 to 6.30pm, able to work up to 4 evenings a month to support events,

Desirable

- Culinary qualification

- Barista experience
