A day in the life of a Hospitality Assistant:

• Oversee the preparation and delivery of hospitality bookings across site
• Open and close hospitality pantry, manage equipment and coffee machines
• Perform temperature checks and maintain hygiene standards
• Serve food and beverages to customers, ensuring excellent presentation and service
• Coordinate logistics for meeting rooms and collaboration spaces
• Communicate effectively with the hospitality team and respond to customer needs
• Clear down events and ensure pantry is properly closed at end of day
• Support the wider catering team as needed

You'll be set up for success if you have:

• A positive, enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Flexibility, adaptability, and attention to detail
• Experience in hospitality or catering is desirable but not essential
