CGC Event Caterers are on the look out for both casual Bar and Hospitality staff to join the team to work at Beverley Racecourse!
Situated in the heart of the beautiful, historic market town of Beverley, the racecourse has 19 race days a year from April to September alongside a number of conferencing and events throughout the year. We are seeking Bar and Hospitality staff to work over our incredibly busy festive period at Beverley- going into the next racing season too!, delivering the highest level of service to each of ours guests, maintaining the CGC Standards of Excellence and assist with the smooth running of all events and race days.
With Abba tribute nights, wreath making masterclasses, private parties and Rudolph disco nights- there is plenty of work going at Beverley and we want you to be a part it!

Key responsibilities:

• Serving food and drinks to all of our guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Ensuring orders are taken and processed accurately and promptly
• Building rapports and delivering outstanding customer service to guests, ensuring a positive experience
• Ensuring compliance to licensing laws and Challenge 25 in all areas
• Ensure areas are kept clean, tidy, and fully stocked, including relaying areas for the next day
• Work as part of a team to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.

Person Specification

• Previous bar or hospitality experience is desirable
• Must be able to commute to the venue during unsociable hours
• Confident being customer facing
• Excellent customer service skills, with a great eye for detail
• Engaging, enthusiastic and punctual

Recruitment Process Outlined:
To be successful, you MUST be able to attend an Assessment Centre on the 18th November 2025 and attend a Training Induction on the 24th November 2025.
