At Arc 3 Architectural Consultants & Chartered Surveyors, we're known for transforming properties across South London with precision, creativity, and a client-centred approach. From architecture and surveying to full project management, we unlock every property's full potential.

Now, we're creating a brand-new Hospitality Division -- focused on hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses -- and we're looking for the right person to lead it.

Job Title

Hospitality Business Development Manager

South London (BR4, SW17 & SW4) | Full-time

The Role

This is a unique opportunity to shape and grow a new department within an established company. You'll bring your hospitality or hotel management experience to the table, helping us connect our design and surveying expertise with the needs of hotels, restaurants, and hospitality investors.

What you'll do:

Develop and lead our hospitality-focused services

Build strong relationships with hotel and restaurant owners/operators

Spot and seize new business opportunities in the sector

Provide operational and commercial insights to guide projects

Work closely with our architects & surveyors to deliver value-driven solutions

About You:

Background in hospitality, hotel management, or catering

Strong industry network and commercial awareness

Entrepreneurial mindset with a flair for business development

Excellent communicator and relationship builder

Passionate about creating outstanding guest experiences
