What you'll be doing
As one of our Seasonal Hospitality & Catering Assistants your duties will be varied, our education centre is always busy, so we need team members that are happy to help wherever required.
Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:
Helping prepare and serve tasty breakfasts, lunches and dinners
Setting up tables and getting the dining room ready for meal service
Serving food with a smile
Making sandwich fillings and packing up lunches for guests on the go
Receiving deliveries and storing them properly
Helping maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen, pantry and dining area as part of our daily and weekly cleaning routines
No two days are quite the same, but one thing's for sure - you'll be part of a supportive team, doing meaningful work, and helping create a warm, homely environment that people remember long after they've left.

Where you'll be based
Our Dale Fort centre is set in a spectacular location high on the cliffs within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, giving superb views over the sea.
Originally built in 1856 to defend the Milford Haven waterway against invasion, it has been a field centre since 1948. The centre has 4 well equipped classrooms, including one wet lab, a library, games room, sitting room and bar.
