We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Hospitality Consultant to join our team, to assist with the opening of a new family ran cafe in the heart of Bermondsey.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen understanding of the hospitality industry. Previous experience in the opening of a new cafe-bar is highly desirable.
We are looking for someone who can further assist with:
Designing and delivering training programs to elevate service skills, leadership, and overall team performance.
Developing new menus or drinks lists in collaboration with chefs.
Auditing compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
Creating marketing campaigns and social media promotions.
How to best handle customer feedback, and implementing standards to improve satisfaction.
Financial management
Qualifications
Expertise in Food Safety regulations and standards in Restaurants
Excellent communication and training skills
Ability to work independently and in a fast paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Public Health, or a related field is advantageous
Previous experience in the restaurant industry is required
Please Note the following:
This is not a job. This is a Consultancy Project. This role would be an immediate start. You need to be available for a month to support and monitor during the start of an upcoming cafe-bar in Bermondsey.
