Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a local person to help throughout the spa hotel. We are open 24/7 but this role will mainly involve working variable shifts between 10am and 2pm and 5pm to 8pm. Due to the short and variable shift patterns it is only really suitable for a person living within a short travel times of the business.
Responsibilities
Supporting the duty manager. Provide great customer service to our guests Cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms and making beds Managing supplies for the servicing of our 7 bedrooms Launder towels and robes Assist in the cafe bar serving snacks, lunches and tea Support other team members with various tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Experience
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred. Track record of reliability in previous roles Clear understanding of short shift patten
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From 13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
