We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Hospitality Team Member to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a memorable experience for all patrons. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, with skills in food preparation, bartending, and culinary arts. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness while contributing to a welcoming atmosphere.
Duties
Provide outstanding guest services by greeting and assisting customers with their needs.
Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Assist in the setup and breakdown of catering events, ensuring all areas are clean and well-organised.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests effectively.
Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation within the hospitality area.
Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in bartending, food safety, and culinary techniques.
Requirements
Some experience in a hospitality setting as well as barista are an advantage but not necessary as full training will be given
an understanding of fine ding an advantage but training will be given
Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently when required.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
A genuine passion for providing exceptional service within the hospitality industry and willingness to train to achieve this is a must.
