We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective business development strategies, account management, and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires a blend of outside sales expertise, technical knowledge, and exceptional customer service skills to meet the needs of our B2B clients. This is a pro active sales role and not an event manage.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand our customer base.
Engage in outside sales activities including cold calling, lead generation, and territory management to identify new business opportunities.
Manage existing accounts while nurturing relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support to potential clients.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze performance metrics.
Negotiate contracts and close deals while upselling additional products or services as appropriate.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to enhance client experience.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Liaise with sales managers to create weekly targets for outreach & to partner to track conversion rates into pre booked sales.
Create seasonal calendar for appropriate sales focus and business plans based on the specific targets, to action with current sales team.
Manage social media & meta updates with contractors, review to ensure maximisation of investment. -
Liaising with media contractors to launch Meta ads & PPC campaigns then to track sales activities and pipeline progress using CRM systems; provide timely reports and forecasts.-
Constantly review automated set ups on DMN for pre orders.
- Identify potential market segments and target audiences to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Conduct regular outreach activities, including cold calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to generate leads.-To continue to build marketing database for outreach & CRM data collection.
Requirements
Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or direct sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Familiarity with CRM software and technology sales is preferred; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
Strong analytical skills for assessing market trends and identifying opportunities for growth.
Ability to conduct effective product demos and articulate technical concepts clearly to clients.
Experience in account management and territory sales is highly desirable.
Exceptional communication skills combined with a customer-oriented mindset.
