We enjoy an enviable reputation as one of Europe's most prestigious venues with the OVO Hydro consistently ranked in the top 3 busiest venues in the world, attracting over 2 million visitors per year.


The Hospitality Host will be responsible for working in the Hospitality Team to help deliver the following:


Ensuring that all Premium Lounges & Suites are prepared for guest arrival Managing of the Hydro Club Reception Desk and Hospitality areas on event nights Welcoming and registering Hospitality Guests and providing any assistance or information required to enhance their experience at The OVO Hydro Liaising with venue stakeholders to ensure the operation runs smoothly throughout the event

Hands-on, passionate, and flexible? A clear and concise communicator? Confident working with clients and skilled in multi-tasking, with a dedicated and enthusiastic attitude?
