London (Rocket HQ) with international travel to Grand Prix events

Contract:

40hrs PW| 15.33ph | Global Travel Involved


Rocket Food is looking for an experienced and passionate

Hospitality Host

to join our dynamic motorsport trackside team. This is a rare opportunity to work at the heart of one of the world's most exhilarating sporting environments, delivering premium hospitality experiences to race team members, VIP guests, and global partners.


You will play a key front-of-house role, creating a warm, professional, and engaging atmosphere across table service, drinks, and lounge areas at international Grand Prix events. You'll represent both the team and Rocket Food with confidence and consistency, ensuring the guest experience is flawless from arrival to departure.


Between races, you'll be based at our Battersea HQ, assisting with event preparation, logistics, and general coordination, helping ensure the team is ready for each race weekend.

Key Responsibilities:



Deliver outstanding hospitality service at Grand Prix events, ensuring a seamless guest experience at all times Provide confident table, wine, and drinks service across various hospitality spaces Maintain a warm, professional, and detail-focused approach to guest care Collaborate with the catering, logistics, and front-of-house teams to ensure efficient service transitions Ensure hospitality spaces are well-presented, clean, and guest-ready throughout the event Assist in team setup and pack-down at each race, contributing to operational excellence Support brand presence by representing the company and race team with discretion and professionalism Participate in stock and equipment inventory between events Contribute to general support at HQ, including hospitality preparation, light administration, and logistics

Skills and Experience:



Essential:



Strong passion for hospitality, food, drink, and guest service Proven experience in luxury or premium service environments Confident in table and wine service, with a focus on detail and guest interaction Highly organised and able to multitask in high-pressure settings Impeccable personal presentation and communication style Flexible and positive team player, willing to adapt to different roles and locations Able to travel frequently and work irregular hours, including weekends

Desirable:



Experience in motorsport, luxury events, or international hospitality Additional language skills WSET, Food Safety or similar qualifications Basic logistical or administrative knowledge Valid driving licence
