We're looking for a

Crew Member Intern

to join our team for 10 weeks.

This internship is designed to help you build confidence, consistency and employability through real hospitality experience -- learning customer service, teamwork, and how to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.

No experience is needed -- we'll train you. We're looking for someone who is:

Responsibilities

As a Crew Member Intern, you'll:

Greet and support guests so they feel welcomed and looked after. Support service flow: seating, table resets, running items and guest needs. Help guests with ordering and answer questions confidently and politely. Keep the venue clean, stocked and organised to a premium standard. Learn how to stay calm and helpful during busy periods. Follow hygiene and safety practices and learn how standards are maintained. Support the team to keep service smooth and guests happy. Develop confidence in communication, teamwork and responsibility over time.

If you have an interest in social media, you may also help create short-form content (TikToks/Reels) showcasing desserts, behind-the-scenes and the guest experience.

Contract length: 10 weeks

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 30 per week
