We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hospitality Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for delivering exceptional service, and a comprehensive understanding of food and beverage management. Duties
Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant, bar, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring quality standards are met consistently
Manage food safety protocols, including hygiene standards and compliance with health regulations
Lead team management initiatives, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally
Organise staff rotas to optimise coverage during peak hours while maintaining cost efficiency
Oversee food production processes, including menu planning and inventory control
Monitor cleanliness and organisation of all areas within the establishment, including kitchen and dining spaces
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of quality ingredients and supplies
Maintain a welcoming environment that promotes hospitality and guest satisfaction
Have experience in organising events and bring in future business
Social media skills
Requirements
Proven experience in restaurant or hotel management with a strong background in serving
Supervising experience with demonstrated team management skills in a hospitality setting
Extensive restaurant experience
Knowledge of food safety standards and food production processes
Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and foster teamwork
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Previous experience in hospitality roles such as barista or front-of-house service is advantageous
Strong communication skills and a professional demeanour suitable for high-pressure environments
Relevant qualifications in hospitality management
Must have extensive bar and restaurant experience
