As a Hospitality Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering a customer-centric experience and ensuring high standards of service across all non-clinical areas of the home.
Main duties of the job
As a Hospitality Manager, your focus will be on overseeing and effectively managing all non-clinical and care-related areas of the home, including food and beverage services, housekeeping, activities/events, and reception. You will ensure that effective working practices are adopted to deliver high standards of service, maintain a clean and aesthetically pleasing environment, and consistently uphold Avery's brand standards throughout the home.

  • Follow the Standard Operating Procedures to consistently deliver Averys brand standards throughout the home
  • Ensure that all work is planned, prioritised and delegated effectively to accommodate the resource and skill base of the team
