Summary
We are seeking a Hospitality Manager to lead a team of 14 staff. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. This position is vital to our mission of creating a delightful experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the coffee shop and bistro to ensure smooth functioning.
Supervise and train staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
Manage food preparation processes while adhering to safety standards.
Implement effective team management strategies to foster a positive work environment.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all aspects of the operation.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers to enhance their experience.
Requirements
Proven experience in hospitality management or a similar role for at least 1 year.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with staff and customers alike.
Culinary skills or experience in restaurant operations is a plus.
