We provide expert palliative care to individuals living with life-limiting, progressive illnesses, while offering compassionate support to their families and carers.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced
Hospitality Manager
to lead our hospitality services. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our venue, ensuring that every patient, family member, and visitor receives outstanding service in a warm and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Business development - generate income streams
Customer experience - uphold exceptional service standards
Budget management - ensuring financial efficiency and profitability
Marketing and promotion - use social media platforms to attract new and existing customers
Quality control - continue to improve existing services
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in hospitality management
Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on, team-focused approach
A passion for delivering exceptional customer experience
Highly organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
Sound knowledge of health & safety and licensing regulations
