The Hospitality Manager is responsible for leading the operational delivery of all Match days and Special Events Hopsitality at Scottish Gas Murrayfield. The role requires a hands-on approach in ensuring seamless event execution, working closely with the Operations General Manager & Hospitality Events Sales team, catering, and operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Manage and oversee the operations of all match & special event day hospitality held on-site, ensuring a high standard of service delivery. Develop, implement, and manage SOPs for all Event day Hospitality activities to ensure operational efficiency and consistency of service. Ensuring staff are correctly uniformed to company standards Ensuring all services are provided at the appropriate time as detailed in daily schedule and function and event sheets Carrying out health and safety briefs with staff members and ensure documentation is signed Carrying out event day briefs and allocating tasks to staff on duty Align staffing levels with business needs and ensure labour expenditure remains within budget. Work with the Staffing & Compliance Manager to ensure team members are properly inducted per Elior guidelines. Work alongside the Conference & Meeting Operations Manager to provide event support for day to day functions like Conferences, Exhibitions, Corporate dinners, Internal meeting, etc Recruit, train, and lead a dedicated Hospitality team, providing ongoing guidance, leadership, and performance management. Ensure all H&S regulations are met in collaboration with the Staffing & Compliance Manager, adhering to both company and government guidelines. Monitor stock levels and ordering processes to ensure costs remain within budget while maintaining quality standards. Support the Hospitality Sales team in handling inquiries and planning upcoming events, ensuring all logistics are managed effectively. Co-ordinates site operational activities as required
