About The Role
We have a great opportunity to work and be part of our innovative and fun team, by joining Hospitality & Retail at FX Plus.
We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Hospitality Manager to lead our front-of-house operations team and deliver exceptional guest & student experiences.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of all our hospitality, food and beverage outlets, bar and event services on our stunning Penryn and Falmouth Campuses in Cornwall.
What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily hospitality operations, ensuring smooth service and high standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate a passionate team to exceed guest expectations.
• Manage budgets, stock control, and supplier relationships.
• Implement creative ideas to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

About You
You will be an experienced hospitality professional with strong leadership and organisational skills, and a passion for innovation and delivering outstanding customer experiences in a fast paced, multi-outlet environment.

• A hands-on, customer-focused approach.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

This post is offered on a 37.5 hour a week, full-time, permanent contract working 5 days over 7 including weekends and late nights.
