Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Hospitality MANAGER to join our team here at Venues by Easydine. The ideal candidate will assist with the day to day running of the Cafe, ensuring the day runs smoothly with adequate staffing levels while on service, interacting with the customers to promote honesty and working towards excellent levels of service.

Responsibilities:

- To ensure the correct implementation off opening and closing procedures
- Assist in food preparation and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and good organization of the cafe
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders and serving food and beverages

- Planning staff for the week according to events and daily caffe operation
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Follow food safety standards and regulations
- Manage the inventory management and restocking supplies

- To liaise with the Head Chef on daily basis

- Good management of all the events on a weekly basis

Experience:
- Prior experience in a caffe or food service setting is essential

- Manage a small team
- Familiarity with food safety practices
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Shift Patterns:

Hours will be Monday to Friday 07:00am - 16:00pm

The cafe is situated in a large corporate building, therefor will accommodate large numbers of employees from various companies.

From there the business has expanded with a very successful StreetFood branch, Coffee Shop and Wedding & Event catering company. As the business continues to grow we are looking for people to join our team who are passionate about hospitality and would like to grow with the business.
