This is a
restaurant-based role
, not a remote position. You must have
proven hospitality experience
, feel comfortable working around live service, and be confident appearing
in front of the camera
to create engaging, personality-led content. Front-of-house experience is highly desirable.
The Role
You will be embedded within the restaurant, capturing real moments during service, events, and busy periods, and turning them into compelling content that drives bookings, footfall, and brand awareness. You will be the face and voice of our digital presence, working closely with the restaurant and management teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a
monthly marketing and content plan
aligned with restaurant operations
Manage all
social media channels
(Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) with consistent, high-quality posts, reels, and stories
Confidently
present on camera
for videos, voiceovers, behind-the-scenes content, and promotions
Capture and edit
photo and video content on-site
during service, events, and launches
Create engaging content including
menus, promotions, newsletters, adverts, and blog posts
Maintain and update the
Muse Brasserie website
Plan and manage
paid advertising campaigns
(Meta & Google)
Build relationships with
local influencers, event organisers, and Gloucester-based businesses
Track analytics and insights to optimise content performance
Support
PR, branding, and brand guidelines
Assist with
seasonal campaigns, private dining, events, and new launches
About You
Must have experience working in hospitality
(restaurant or bar environment essential)
Front-of-house experience preferred
2+ years' experience
in marketing, content creation, or social media management
Confident, comfortable, and
natural in front of the camera
Strong
photography and videography skills
(mobile or DSLR)
Proficient in
CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite
, or similar tools
Excellent
copywriting and storytelling skills
Strong understanding of
social media trends
and how to engage local audiences
Highly organised and able to work independently in a
fast-paced restaurant environment
Creative eye
with strong attention to branding and visual detail
Based in or local to Gloucester
and able to work on-site
Knowledge of
SEO, Google Business Profile, and email marketing
is a bonus
