Job Summary

Crowdsafe UK is looking for smart, reliable, and customer-focused

Hospitality Stewards

to join our matchday and event team at Coventry City F.C. Working in our premium hospitality areas, you'll be welcoming guests, ensuring their safety and comfort, and providing a first-class customer experience.

This is a

casual role

suited to those who are confident, well-presented, and available to work

7-hour shifts

, mainly on

weekends and evenings

during the football season.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests in executive boxes, lounges, and hospitality suites Maintain a high level of professionalism and appearance at all times Support the smooth flow of guests and respond to queries politely Monitor guest safety and ensure the hospitality environment remains clean and orderly Work closely with security, catering, and event staff to ensure an excellent experience Be proactive in dealing with issues or concerns from guests

Requirements

Must own and wear a

smart, dark suit

(uniform accessories may be provided)

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Friendly, confident, and comfortable engaging with a wide range of people Must be reliable, punctual, and available for 7-hour shifts on matchdays and events Previous experience in hospitality or stewarding is preferred but not essential A positive attitude and a commitment to great guest experiences are key
