Job Description

Our client are looking for a friendly and professional Night Manager to join the team at a beautiful hotel and events venue near Wokingham, Berkshire.
You'll be the welcoming face of the hotel during the night - ensuring guests enjoy a warm, memorable stay while keeping the property secure and spotless. You'll also assist with overnight administration, room setups, and guest requests.
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a personalised, professional service and ensure every guest feels valued.
• Maintain security and complete regular night checks throughout the property.
• Handle late check-ins, early check-outs, and guest enquiries efficiently.
• Prepare and deliver night menu and drinks service as required.
• Complete daily reports and accurate handovers for the morning team.
• Set up meeting and dining rooms to the required standards.
• Keep public areas clean, tidy, and ready for the day ahead.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in a similar hospitality role
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, organised, and professional.
• Experience with Opera PMS preferred (training available).
