Job Description

You're a "get-it-done" all-rounder: one moment you're fielding a last-minute wedding enquiry, the next you're preparing tables for Sunday Lunch or hand-mixing canapes in the kitchen, then preparing an incredible grazing table at a client location. With multiple businesses under one roof--and new projects launching all the time--you'll dive into whatever needs doing to deliver a flawless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities1. Enquiry & Booking Management



? Answer inbound calls, emails & enquiries across both golf-club and catering.

? Qualify leads rapidly, capture every detail, issue quotes, secure deposits.

? Triage "overflow" tasks: from sourcing extra table linens to sending menu PDFs.

2. Event Coordination & Hands-On Support



? Own the on-site delivery: unload vans, set tables, style grazing boards, run service.

? Build run-sheets, liaise with clients & suppliers, adapt on the fly to last-minute changes.
? Act as the "floater" at weddings, funerals, corporate events & Sunday Lunches--wherever you're needed most.

3. Customer Service & Upsell



? Be the friendly face and voice: greet guests, answer questions, troubleshoot on the spot.
? Recommend add-ons (drinks packages, late-night snacks, decor upgrades) to boost revenue.
? Follow up post-event for feedback, testimonials and referrals.

4. Operations & Cross-Functional Support



? Help with inventory management: restock bar, check catering supplies.

? Jump into ad-hoc projects: pop-up marketing events, website updates, social-media shoots.

5. Administration & Reporting



? Keep Client Records up-to-date with bookings, payments, task lists and notes.

? Generate simple reports on weekly bookings, box-order volumes, staff schedules.

? Assist the management team with any other admin or marketing tasks as needed.

Candidate Profile



Must-Haves:



? 2+ years in hospitality, events or operations -- ideally in a fast-paced, multi-venue setting.

? "Hands-on" attitude: happy to arrange weddings one minute, pour wine the next.

? Exceptional organisation, calm under pressure and ability to multitask.

? Confident communicator and problem-solver.

? Full UK driving licence; flexibility for occasional evening/weekend shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,000.00-28,000.00 per year
