About the role

Opening and closing the store, ensuring everything is set up and secured appropriately at the beginning and end of each shift. Managing customer requests with care, providing assistance to ensure they have an enjoyable and unforgettable experience. Preparing and serving food items, including scooping and serving gelato, as well as preparing a variety of cafeteria-style products.

Outstanding cleaning standards

, Keeping the shop clean and organized, maintaining a tidy environment throughout the day. Handling cash transactions and operating the till with accuracy and efficiency. Creating memorable customer experiences by offering excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere. Proactivity is a must for the role.
Full-Time Positions - Shifts are spread over 5 days per week based on agreed hours and business needs. Busier over the summer and more free time over the winter!

Shift Timings - Business hours are 8:00 AM to 22:30 in summer. Your shifts (up to 8 hours) will be scheduled with weekly rotas based on demand.

Seasonal Operations - The shop is closed on Mondays in and operates 7 days a week during peak season.

Peak Hours Coverage - The busiest times are afternoons, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays--so these are when most shifts will be scheduled.

Able to follow company procedures to maintain highest levels of hygiene, health & safety, and service standards.
