Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Hospitality Staff to join our team. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills within the hospitality industry while contributing to a welcoming and professional environment. Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or food service is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.

Provide outstanding guest services by greeting and assisting visitors with professionalism and courtesy Serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards, ensuring presentation and quality are maintained Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas, adhering to food safety regulations Support event setup and breakdown, ensuring all equipment and supplies are correctly arranged Handle customer enquiries efficiently, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods Follow health and safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe environment for colleagues and guests

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality, catering, serving, or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation techniques is desirable Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour Ability to work effectively as part of a team in fast-paced settings Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required A positive attitude with a keen willingness to learn and develop within the hospitality sector Previous hotel or culinary experience is advantageous but not essential
