You will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests receive top-notch service while adhering to food safety standards and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding guest services by greeting and assisting patrons in a friendly and professional manner. Assist with food preparation and presentation, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations. Support bartending duties, including mixing beverages and serving drinks to guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service during busy periods. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas, kitchens, and service stations. Help with catering events by setting up, serving food, and clearing away afterwards. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Work as part of a team to create a positive environment for both guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, or hotel environments is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members. A proactive attitude with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required. A willingness to learn new skills related to culinary arts or bartending is an advantage. A passion for providing excellent service and helping others is essential.
