Duties

Provide outstanding guest services by greeting and assisting customers with their needs. Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety standards. Assist in the preparation of food items, ensuring quality and presentation meet our high standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, including dining spaces and kitchen facilities. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during service periods. Handle catering orders and assist with event setups as required. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.

Skills

Strong background in hospitality, with experience in catering, serving, or restaurant environments. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations to maintain a safe dining experience. Culinary experience is advantageous for food preparation roles. Excellent guest service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Previous hotel experience is beneficial for roles involving accommodation services. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
