This position encompasses various responsibilities across different areas, including restaurants, catering, and guest services.

Duties

Provide outstanding customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. Assist in food preparation and presentation, adhering to food safety standards. Support bartending operations by preparing beverages and serving drinks as required. Collaborate with culinary staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas, kitchens, and service stations. Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere and address any concerns or requests. Assist in catering events by setting up, serving food, and clearing away afterwards. Uphold high standards of hospitality throughout all interactions with guests.

Skills

Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel environment is advantageous. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is essential. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on guest services and satisfaction. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. Basic bartending skills or culinary knowledge would be beneficial. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
