We are now seeking passionate and service-driven Supervisors to join our team at Bicester Village. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the day-to-day running of our store, lead by example on the shop floor, and ensure our customers receive exceptional service.

Do:

Support the management team in leading and inspiring a high-performing team Deliver exceptional customer experiences on the shop floor Coach and mentor team members to achieve service excellence Assist in achieving store KPIs including sales, customer satisfaction, and compliance Maintain high standards of store presentation and cleanliness Ensure adherence to company standards including health & safety and food safety Act as a role model in managing customer feedback and service recovery Support onboarding and training of new team members

Experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a premium retail or hospitality environment A hands-on leader with a passion for customer service and team development Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts, including weekends
