Job Description

We are currently looking for a part -time Hospitality Team Member to join our team working 40 hours per week. We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic candidates with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and a flexible attitude towards changing priorities and procedures, including changes to shifts/rotas.


This role would involve working in the casino bar and restaurant and so we are ideally looking for candidates with previous experience working in a similar position.



Key competencies and duties include:

Ensuring an exceptional standard of customer care, whilst adhering to all company procedures, processes, health & safety and hygiene regulations.

Being an effective team player who contributes to continuous business improvement.

Till operation and cash handling.

Waiting tables and clearing of cutlery and glasses from customers, ensuring all items are washed/cleaned and stored correctly.

Identify any food and beverage requirements using a proactive approach where appropriate.

Ensuring all areas of the casino areas are always kept clean and tidy.
