We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic

Hospitality Team Member

to join our vibrant team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere throughout both our cafe and bar areas.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for food, drink, and hospitality, with a strong focus on delivering quality service while adhering to food safety standards.

, as this position involves working across both the cafe and behind the bar--supporting beverage service, food preparation, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer care.

Must be over 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve food items in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards. Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, bar and dining areas. Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and drink, and responding to customer inquiries. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high hygiene standards at all times. Utilise basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately. . Manage time effectively to ensure efficient service during peak hours.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is required. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining health standards. Basic culinary skills and kitchen experience are advantageous for this position. Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work well within a team as well as independently. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills within the hospitality sector.

Pay: 12.21 per hour
